SALMO COMMUNITY RESOURCE SOCIETY is seeking a Case Manager for temporary, casual coverage at 20 hours per week (Monday-Thursday). Position Summary: successful candidate will assess participants’ mental health status, set goals, develop and implement care plans, connect with resources, facilitate groups, evaluate outcomes, and fulfill contract reporting requirements. Responsibilities: Offering crisis intervention services, facilitating Relapse Prevention and Cognitive Behavioural Treatment groups, Establishing and maintain personnel files, establishing and maintaining a sound working relationship with local agencies. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in human services or related field. Minimum 2 years related experience working with adults with serious and persistent mental illness as well as substance use prevention and treatment.
