- Surrey Women’s Centre is looking for a Program Manager to lead our community-based victim service teams working with police, Crown and child protective services. This is a senior leadership experience overseeing all aspects of the programs including day-to-day coordination of service delivery in multiple sites. This position leads local multi-sectoral coordination initiatives with key medical, legal and social service stakeholders to increase safety and supports for women and children. This position uses feminist, trauma-informed and harm reduction models of practice. The Program Manager is a key member of the Leadership Team and reports to the Executive Director.
