- Nelson Community Services (NCS) is currently recruiting for a Counselling and Family Services Program Manager. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and is a key member of the agency’s leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counselling. An equivalent combination of a relevant undergraduate degree, training and experience may also be considered. Recent relevant experience in a management or supervisory role, together with a minimum of 4 years’ clinical work experience, ideally in a non-profit setting, is required.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to begin the role as soon as possible. Salary is commensurate with experience. This is a permanent .80 FTE position and comes with a full benefits package. Please note that only those short-listed will be contacted.
