SHARP Workplaces Lawyer Training

A full day training for SHARP Workplaces lawyers from across BC, which will help them build skills for a trauma informed practice. Curriculum includes training on cultural humility, intergenerational trauma and working with Indigenous clients, as well as best practices for a trauma informed approach to clients, understanding the neurobiology of trauma, and safeguarding from vicarious trauma. This training will provide lawyers with concrete tools and tips to take into their practices and to apply to their work at the SHARP Workplaces legal clinic.
