Registration for this year’s Annual Training Forum (ATF) will open in in early June.
Registration rates:
Member (early bird) = $280
Member (after July 15) = $300
Non-member (early bird) = $325
Non-member (after July 15) = $375
Registration rates are subject to Eventbrite service and processing fees, which will be added to each ticket.
*To become a member, see our membership page here.
Early bird deadline:
July 15
As a registered participant of the Annual Training Forum, you will be eligible to get a group-rate discount at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel.
Once you have registered, we will send you information about how to book your accommodation.
You will need to register your vehicle’s license plate to get complimentary event parking. Once you register for the Training Forum, you will receive a link where you can record your license plate in advance. It doesn’t guarantee a parking spot but it saves you having to register at the hotel.
If you are flying in and staying at the hotel, there is complimentary airport shuttle service for guests of the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel.
The shuttle runs 24 hours a day from the main terminal. It departs at quarter past and quarter to the hour and from the hotel to the airport (return), it departs every half hour on the hour. The shuttle signage will say: “Sheraton, Marriott, Hilton”.
To find the shuttle at the airport, look for the “courtesy shuttle” sign at the airport’s departure level.
If you are travelling from the airport’s South Terminal, you will need to call the hotel directly at 604-273-7878 and request a pick up. The hotel will then confirm the timing of the shuttle for you.
If you’ve attended our in-person Annual Training Forum (ATF)s before, you may notice some changes.
After the COVID-19 pandemic — and other experiences — we were reminded of the importance of networking and wellness, and so have tried to build that more purposefully into our ATF.
We hope this ATF is an opportunity to learn, connect with peers, and take time to recognize the work we all do in supporting survivors.
