Welcome to EVA BC’s Training Centre
EVA BC offers training in responding to and preventing gender-based violence, harassment and hate. Training is for a variety of audiences including anti-violence workers, community partners and the general public.
We provide virtual training for workers in the following programs:
- Community-Based Victim Services
- Stopping the Violence Counselling
- Stopping the Violence and Multicultural Outreach Services
- Sexual Assault Services
On request, we also offer Community Coordination Training for anti-violence workers.
We provide training to anti-violence workers, community service providers and system partners (e.g., justice, health, child protection) on how to coordinate responses to gender-based violence.
We offer the following trainings:
- Responding to Disclosures of Sexual Assault Training
- Sexual Assault Coordination Training
- Intimate Partner Violence Coordination Training (VAWIR/VIR)
- ICAT (Interagency Case Assessment Team) Training
- TPR (Third Party Reporting) of Sexual Assault Training

EVA BC’s Annual Training Forum (ATF) is a signature provincial training event for anti-violence workers and community partners that is an opportunity to share, learn, network and take part in wellness practices together.Â
