The North Island Survivors’ Healing Society is hiring a counsellor to join our small and vibrant clinical team in Campbell River on Vancouver Island. The Society supports a range of recognized and evidence-based approaches to work with survivors of trauma. The opportunity is well suited to clinical counsellors who like to provide both in-depth counselling and some that is shorter term.  Regular consultation with a registered psychologist and peer consultation is provided. The rate of pay is $44/hr and includes wellness benefits after an initial probationary period. Counsellors must be registered or eligible to register in a professional counselling association within 6 months of accepting the position.
