Parking
Anyone attending the training forum can park at the hotel main parkade at a discounted rate for $16/day including taxes. This option is based on availability. Regular rate will apply for valet parking. If you are a hotel guest, you must take the parking ticket received at the gate to the Front Desk upon check-in.

Getting to our venue
All taxis are first come first serve basis from two taxi stands at YVR. Taxi stands are located on International Arrivals Level 2 and Domestic Arrivals Level 2 and are served by licensed taxi operators.
For South Terminal passengers, the taxi stand is located right outside the terminal.
This hotel is accessible via public transit. From the Canada Line it is aĀ 10-minute walk from Vancouver City Centre station; you can also transfer to a bus for less walking.
If you are flying in and staying at the hotel you are able to access transit from the airport. You can find the route from the airport to the hotel HERE.
How to get to the Canada Line from YVR?
- Your checked bags are at Arrivals on Level 2 of the Domestic Terminal
- On Level 3, walk toward the Link Building (located between the International and Domestic Terminal)
- Follow the signs marked Canada Line or ask any of our Customer Care staff in red or green vests for assistanceĀ
All transit users travelling on the Canada Line leaving YVR are subject to a $5 Canada Line YVR AddFare, in addition to the regular zone fare. AddFare is automatically added when a user purchases a fare card.
The Canada Line is accessible by elevator from arrivals and departures levels. If you require assistance to the Canada Line, dedicated Customer Care staff and Green Coat volunteers are there to help. You can find representatives, wearing distinctive blue or green jackets, at our Customer Care counters.
Public transit that provides services to YVR can accommodate wheelchairs and mobility aids, including non-folding or non-collapsible mobility aids.
Arriving through the South Terminal?
YVR Airport provides a complimentary shuttle service between the South Terminal and Main Terminal. Passengers utilizing the shuttle service from the Main Terminal should be available to take a shuttle to the South Terminal early enough to arrive at the South Terminal 60 minutes prior to their scheduled flight departure time. How to get to the hotel from Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal?
At Tsawwassen Terminal Bay #2 take Bus 620 to Bridgeport Skytrain Station. At Bridgeport, take the skytrain directed towards Waterfront Station until Vancouver City Centre Station. There is a 10-minute walk to the hotel.

How to get to the hotel from Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal?
At Horseshoe Bay Terminal take Bus 257 or 250 until stop: West Georgia Street. From here, there is an 8-minute walk to the hotel.
