Evening Networking Reception:
Did you register to join us on the evening of September 24th at 4:30 pm?
We are excited to see you during our first day, after the networking sessions at the Junior Ballroom Foyer on the Third floor of the hotel. To attend this event, you must have selected “attending” during your registration for our ATF this year. If you are not sure of your selection, please check in with the registration table or on the back of your nametag.
During this evening event, we are gathering to celebrate the work that you and your peers do in your communities to ensure survivors feel safe and supported.Â
The event ends at 6:00 pm.
Event Activities
The event will begin shortly after our networking sessions, leading you into an open space for connecting with colleagues from across the province.
We will have fun conversation-starter cards, and business cards for you to share your information if you need to connect.
While you’re at the reception check out our activities, as well as the location maps of where programs are all across the province.
We will also have a photo booth with props and signs! You will be able to take your printed photos home.
Food
The event will be catered by the hotel with a self-serve charcuterie-style buffet. The hotel is mindful of including dishes that are designated for individuals who have stated dietary needs in their registration. If you have any questions about the food, please talk to the hotel staff directly!
& Drinks
Non-alcoholic drinks will be served for free to all participants, any drinks with liquor will be served as cash-bar.
