Evening Reception – Celebrating Coordination
Did you register to join us on the evening of September 26th at 5:00 pm?
We are excited to see you after our first day of workshops and wellness sessions at the Junior Ballroom Foyer on the Third floor of the hotel. To attend this event, you must have selected “attending” during your registration for our ATF this year. If you are not sure of your selection, please check in with the registration table.
During this evening event, we are gathering to celebrate the work that you and your peers do in your communities to ensure survivors feel safe and supported. The theme of the event, will go in-hand with our ATF’s theme: Coordination.
The event ends at 7:00 pm.
Event Activities
The event will begin with a few words from our Director of Community Coordination for Survivor Safety, Wendy Potter and our Executive Director, Ninu Kang.
We will have available for participants activities to share about the work that you do in your communities around coordination, and what coordination work means to you. We hope that these activities will help us in envisioning a future of communities that are connected and working towards the same goals.
We will also have a photobooth with props and signs! You will be able to take your printed photos home.
Food
The event will be catered by the hotel. The food for the event will be served in a canapé style. The hotel is mindful of including dishes that are designated for individuals who have stated dietary needs in their registration. If you have any questions about the food, please talk to the hotel staff directly!
& Drinks
We will have a bar at the event. Non-alcoholic drinks will be served for free to all participants, any drinks with liquor will be served as cash-bar.
