EVA BC welcomed in October, at a charity tea party in Langley last Saturday. Nearly 40 guests came together to enjoy a delicious afternoon tea hosted by Natasha Raey, a serial entrepreneur based in BC and Toronto.

The guests enjoyed a tasty menu including classic high tea fare like cucumber sandwiches, along with Thai food delicacies as a fundraising event for EVA BC. Ninu Kang, EVA BC’s executive director was there and shared her own and EVA BC’s story describing our work to support programs and communities across BC that support survivors of gender-based violence. She also spoke about our work to shift the culture and help prevent this type of violence.
