Position Summary:

The Executive Director is responsible for program operations that support healing, education, and prevention of sexualized violence. This position manages the financial health and stability of a 40+ year non-profit organization, and supports workplace culture for an incredibly passionate and dedicated team. • Permanent full-time position (Aug 1st or earlier start) on-site in Victoria, BC
• Starting salary of $109,000 (commensurate with experience and skills)
