The Belonging Network is looking for 5 Subject Matter Experts to participate in a Gender-Based Violence project, to equip youth and young adults in and from government care with tools to stay safe, access support, and make informed decisions about what is right for them. Candidates should have experience serving youth and young adults, and expertise in one or more of these areas: Intimate Partner Violence, Sexual Violence, Sexual Health/Education, Cyber/Tech-facilitated Violence, and/or Systemic/Institutional Barriers. We are also looking for a diversity of perspectives, including Indigenous, Rural/Remote, Black/Racialized, Immigrant/Refugee, LGBTQ2IA+, and Male-identified.
There are two specific contract roles, with hours ranging from 80 to 300 hours between March and July 2025.
Compensation is $50/hour.
Work is virtual and hours are flexible, with some real-time meeting attendance required, likely in the evenings.
