This CCSS Information Bulletin – In Custody No Contact Orders, March 2018  – describes the availability of and limitations to No Contact Orders while an accused is in custody. This Information Bulletin was developed in response to information CCSS received from Interagency Case Assessment Teams and Community-Based Victim Services staff from various communities in British Columbia who identified this potential gap to victim’s safety and peace of mind.
