This CCSS Info Bulletin, Amendment to Section 13 of the Child, Family and Community Service Act Regarding Domestic Violence, provides information about the amendment to British Columbia’s CFCSA that includes reference to domestic violence, bringing the CFCSA in line with child welfare legislation in most other jurisdictions in Canada.
