ICAT Orientation Manual, developed in 2021 as a resource for Interagency Case Assessment Teams. This short, condensed resource is meant to be an introduction to the ICAT process. We hope it will assist  with onboarding new members, especially when training is not immediately available. We recommend that new members review it as an introductory document, prior to a more thorough review of the Best Practices Manual.
