Third party reporting protocol enhancement, March 2017

Share to:

In British Columbia, Third Party Reporting (TPR) of sexual assault is a process which allows adult victims (19 and over) to report details of a sexual offence/assault to police anonymously through a Community-Based Victim Services (CBVS) program. For more information on TPR please go to the Sexual Violence page. For complete information about TPR, please email  to request a copy of the Third Party Reporting Guidebook, 2019.

The March 2017 Protocol Enhancement describes the agreement that has been reached between BC police services and Community Coordination for Survivor Safety to ensure consistency of response and collection of data.
