Welcome to EVA BC’s Training Centre

EVA BC offers training in responding to and preventing gender-based violence, harassment and hate. Training is for a variety of audiences including anti-violence workers, community partners and the general public.

Program-specific training for Community-Based Victim Services workers, Stopping the Violence counsellors, Stopping the Violence and Multicultural Outreach workers and Sexual Assault Services workers. 

We also offer Community Coordination Training for anti-violence workers on request.  

We offer a variety of training sessions, to communities (justice, health, child protection) upon request.

We offer the follow courses:

  • Workplace Sexual Harassment
  • Training in Prevention and Safety (TIPS)

Annual Training Forum

EVA BC hosts an Annual Training Forum (ATF) for anti-violence workers and community partners.
